According to NEP 2020 and NIPUN India's VISION, the foundation of pre-primary education and (standard 1-2) primary education should be firmly laid in every child between the ages of 3 to 8 years. So that every child can acquire basic literacy and numeracy skills by the end of class 3.

The vision of NIPUN India is to create an environment for inculcating basic literacy and numeracy at a universal level. So that by 2026-27, every child will have the expected academic skills in reading, writing and numeracy by the end of third grade and at the latest by late fifth grade.

If the student's reading ability is good, reading will fulfil the need of a teacher. Poor reading skills hinder the learning of all subjects and create defective learning. Research has shown a positive and significant correlation between reading and academic achievement in various subjects.

Hence reading is indispensable and important in education. It is a crucial skill not only in literacy but in primary education. Therefore it is our duty to provide quality reading fluency to students in primary schools. For this, with the help of the teachers, different pots have been prepared for skill-wise teachers and students for basic literacy skills under Nipun Bharat by District Education and Training Bhawan.
As a part of this different reading, sets have been prepared for the teacher and students for reading fluency skills.
Three reading series have been prepared for the teachers so that the child learns to read and reads the word and sentence fluently. Reading Book Part-I is prepared with a colourful and pictorial presentation. You can use it as a teaching card in class-1 and 2.
Reading Series Part-2 is designed as a twelve-day reading program for students who are weak in reading. Reading series part-3 is also in the form of reading cards prepared in form of reading cards to take students who are weak in reading towards speed reading and meaningful reading.

This treatment program is for ten days. Part One is arranged alphabetically for teaching reading. While parts 2 and 3 are designed to assist in therapeutic work. These three parts are designed to help the student in teaching. You can use these supporting materials as per your requirement.
