Balvrund Concept
Kindergarten is a system to increase the activity of students by dividing them into different groups on the basis of their interests and abilities in the regular and co-curricular facilities of the school and develop various subjects and growths during the year.
Kindergarten will be seen not as a new form of schooling but as a process to more actively involve students in group work in day-to-day academic and co-curricular activities at school.
Kindergarten is the arrangement in which all children from Std 3 to 12 are divided into groups and participate in classroom and school activities according to these groups. Children's innate tendency to belong in groups and positive healthy competition between different groups will lead to the overall development of students.
Balvrund Ni Rachana
All children from Std 3 to 12 will be divided into four groups without discrimination. So there will be four groups in each standard.
A proportionate number of students from Std 3 to 12 will be kept in each kindergarten.
As far as possible, groups in kindergartens will be formed to cover all types of students in each class. Like gifted students, students with special needs and students performing well in sports and arts alike will be divided into each group.
Children with different interests will be equally distributed in the Kindergarten group.
In the same way in the school, the students of all four groups of that grade will be combined and made into four groups of children.
Note here that the communication group names are the same in each standard. For example, if a group in each class is named Aryabhata then the Aryabhata group of the school contains all the details of the Aryabhata group of each type. In the same way, the remaining three groups will also be working under the same name in that school.
