Change Gujarat Board Textbooks, Read Class 9 to 12 Syllabus Important Details

According to NCERT, Gujarat Board textbooks will also implement new books with cut courses. The revised new textbooks will be implemented from the new academic year 2023-24. From the year 2018, the textbooks in the main subjects of classes 9 to 12 have been translated from NCERT.

The process of reducing courses has been started by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). New textbooks of NCERT cut syllabus are out in the market. According to NCERT, Gujarat Board textbooks will also implement new books with cut courses. The cut new textbooks will be implemented from the new academic year 2023-24. From the year 2018, textbooks in the main subjects of classes 9 to 12 have been prepared by translating from NCERT.
Implementation of new textbooks from the new academic year-2023/24
As per the new education policy, the syllabus has been revised as part of implementing uniform syllabus and uniform teaching process in all the boards across the country. According to the information, students will have to study the cut textbooks from the academic year 2023-24. The process for this is currently underway.
Even in general stream some textbooks will change
Gujarat Board's Class 9, 10 Maths-Science, all textbooks of Science stream of Class 11-12, some language textbooks will be changed in General Stream as well. Because these books are prepared by translating from NCERT textbook. Presently the books prepared by NCERT for science stream have been released in the market.
Non-practical issues were removed
Curriculum reduction will save students time. Apart from this, the non-practical points in the syllabus and the points which are not applicable at the present time. Such issues have been removed. But the percentile or passing percentage is unlikely to change much.
