Scheduling Summer Vacation in Primary Schools: 2023
Summer and Diwali vacations are held in all the primary and secondary schools of the Gujarat state as per the dates mentioned in the school activity calendar published by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education every year. Accordingly, summer vacation has been scheduled in the current academic year in all Primary Schools, Government and Granted Teaching Temples, Bal Adhyapan Temples, and Self-Employed PTC Colleges on the dates mentioned below.

- Date: 01/05/2023 to Upto 04/06/2023 (35 days)
- Date Schools will start as usual from: 05/06/2023
In this regard, the District Education Officer and the District Primary Education Officer have to announce the vacation dates in coordination. So that the vacation date of children of both primary/secondary schools can be the same. The District Education Officers have to inform this letter to Government and Granted Teaching Temples, Bal Adhyapan Temples, Independent PTC Colleges, and all the schools under your jurisdiction.
