The role of the head teacher in each school is very important.  The quality of the school depends on the role played by the Head Teacher in the school management, then the effective implementation of the circulars and various schemes made by the Government of the school regarding the quality improvement of the school can only be achieved if desired.  This module discusses the work done by the Head Teacher in relation to the circulars and various schemes done by the Government.

General instructions regarding school management

 The goal of the whole education is to provide a ramashi and equal quality education to all children in the age group of 3-5 years.  Therefore, the teacher should plan the proper implementation of the instructions and circulars provided by the Department of Education and the activities, procedures, programs, choreas, new experiments and other activities to be done in a timely, accurate and successful manner.
