Subject – Learning Outcomes Based Question Bank Assessment Matters. (Academic Year 2023-24)
Returning to the above topic, various efforts are being made by the state government for the purpose of improving the quality of education through continuous evaluation to maintain continuity in the study of students' education. Pursuant to which unit test was implemented for the students of class-9 to 12 through question bank based evaluation method from last year. In which the school has to select the questions from the question bank and carry out the evaluation in its own way. It is advised to implement the letter dated 23/07/2022 for implementation of question bank based evaluation.
Instructions:-
* Schools have to conduct question bank based assessment of class 9th to 12th in 1 hour session as per the attached time sheet.
* Question bank is made based on study results. According to that 25 marks test will be taken.
* For question bank based assessment, question bank will be prepared and sent by the board for each subject of class 9 to 12. The details of which are available in the schedule.
* Syllabus details are indicated for question bank based assessment.
* The question bank has been selected on the basis of the textbook published by the Gujarat State School Textbook Board.
* Schools Board website www.gseb.org will be able to download the question bank by logging in with the school's index number and password.
* Based on the question bank obtained online, the school will have to carry out the multiplication of the test in Day-3 where the questions have been selected. For which the instructions given in the subject wise question bank have to be followed. After the evaluation, the students will be informed about the result. The signature of the parent may be taken in the answer sheet.
* The data entry has to be done by the addressed teachers in the XAMTA application within 7 days.
* The school should ensure that the evaluation process of the students is done properly and the details of the marks obtained by the students after the evaluation and the necessary documents should be preserved at the school level throughout the year.
